How many days does it take for my order to arrive?
We look forward to you receiving our products as much as you do. Most orders ship within 24 hours and arrive within 1 - 4 business days.
Once your order is processed, the shipping or “transit” time varies based on your selection at checkout (UPS® Ground or New Day Air Saver®). All shipments are processed via UPS®, and a map below provides estimated transit times for your specific route.
All orders over $120 in the United States automatically include complimentary UPS® Ground Shipping.
Where is my order?
To view the status of your order, please log in to your account at users.petraliving.com.
Once logged in, you can track your order, reorder, and initiate returns and exchanges.

Do PETRA products go on sale?
PETRA LIVING never offers any of its products on sale. However, from time to time, we do love to offer complimentary gifts. To access complimentary gifts and special offers unique to you, please subscribe to our email list at the bottom of our website.
Product Information
What if an item is out of stock?
Most of our products are crafted in a single batch, meaning limited quantities are available at any given time.
If the specific item you’re looking for is out of stock and there is a pre-order button, that means the product is in production, and buying it now (as a pre-order) will guarantee your access to the product once production is complete.
If the item does not have a pre-order button or is listed as a Limited Edition, it's unlikely to be available again soon.
If you have questions about a specific product or past product availability, don't hesitate to contact us and we’d be happy to answer any questions!
The best way to stay up to date on our product availability is to sign up for our email list. Subscribers to our email list are the first to know about and have access to shop products before they're available for public resale. Feel free to sign up at the bottom of our website.

Our products are crafted in Lexington, Kentucky, with the highest level of quality and care and best-in-class materials sourced honorably.
Most of our products are crafted in-house in the USA in single-batch releases. PETRA LIVING is involved with the origin of each material so that we can remain confident in our overall end-product quality and manufacturing integrity. Excellence and ethics protrude from the source, and we work with people committed to the same.

We craft all of our fragrance products (candles, room sprays, parfums, reed diffusers, hand soaps, and lotions) in single batch releases. Each product is crafted with the highest level of quality and care with best-in-class materials sourced honorably.
We work mostly with local businesses in the USA and some international suppliers to source exceptional raw materials harvested during their peak seasons worldwide.
PETRA LIVING is involved with the origin of each material so that we can remain confident in our overall end-product quality and manufacturing integrity. Excellence and ethics protrude from the source, and we work with people committed to the same.

Payment and Order Information
Can I use multiple methods of payment?
By default, our checkout can only accept one form of payment per order. However, if you would like to use multiple payment methods, we’d be happy to assist you.
Please contact us and we will set up a special payment option for you.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an item is shipped, you can no longer cancel or modify your order. If your order is still processing, you may make changes under your account profile at users.petraliving.com.
Made-to-order, personalized, and bespoke items cannot be canceled or modified once your order is processing, nor are they eligible for returns. If you feel like you have made a mistake with your custom order, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.
How do I view or access my store credit?
To view and access your store credit, log in to your account (users.petraliving.com), go to your profile, and under payment methods, any available store credit will appear. You may click on the store credit to view the balance, total exportable amount, and other details.
To redeem store credit, add the products you’d like to order to your cart and begin to check out.
As you check out, under payment method, please select “Add store credit,” then check the box labeled “Apply store credit.” Your store credit will appear under subtotal, shipping, and estimated taxes, with the final amount automatically reflected in your total.
How can I track my order status?
Once you place an order on petraliving.com, you will receive an email at the address you provided. We use this email address to automatically update you when your order has been processed, shipped, and is out for delivery.
You can also access this information by logging into your customer account a tusers.petraliving.comand selecting the “Orders” tab.
If you are unable to find your order information or feel there has been a mistake, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately. It would be our pleasure to make sure your order arrives in the most timely manner.
Return and Exchange Policy
What is your return policy?
PETRA LIVING has a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.
To start a return, visit your account page at users.petraliving.com or contact us directly at info@petraliving.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What if I want to exchange an item purchased?
If you are unhappy with a product you've ordered and would like to exchange it for something else, we're happy to help.
PETRA LIVING has a 30-day exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and there is no restocking fee.

What if I received a damaged product or there is an issue with my order?
If your product arrived damaged or you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately. Please include your order number and contact information so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What are non-returnable items?
Items marked 'Final Sale,' personalized products, or products that have been tampered with, lit, or used are non-refundable and not eligible for a return or exchange.
If you feel there is a problem with your product or it is defective, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can examine the issue.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unlit and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Information
PETRA LIVING will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
